You can say that Lion Land Marketing is a brand new agency, but we are by no means new to the business of listing and selling land. In fact, we have been in the business for over three decades, earning us the respect of many builders and developers throughout Queensland. Carrying the expertise and passion we poured into Lion Realty, Lion Land Marketing is dedicated to clients looking into land investments as well as selling property. Moving forward, Lion Land Marketing will continue plans of expansion into the market in the coming years.
Alongside Lion Realty’s goal to break into the townhouse market as well as to continue the successful sales of new houses and house and land packages, Lion Land Marketing has also set some objectives. By the year 2017, we aim to sell 150 blocks of land, and increase that to 250 in 2018. Our Team believes that this is possible through our connections and long-lasting business relationships. Currently, our agency has a large database of over 500 builders and display home sales people. We are also working with about 150 developers. On top of that, with our efforts of establishing a commanding online presence through our website and other means, we are looking to target at least 200 more contacts of developers early this month.
Of course, we also have a highly competitive team made up exclusively of experienced land salespeople with roughly the same level of experience.
